We’re hiring a virtual assistant.
Virtual Assistant Tasks:
Respond to all client emails, inquiries, questions in a timely manner via email, phone, text and social media
Schedule appointments, reschedule and cancel appointments as requested
Ensure late cancellation fees are charged, if necessary
Follow up with clients for rebooking based on trackers
Ensure all new clients are provided with MBD Welcome email and have credit card payment on file
Follow up with clinical team on new consults to book treatments as necessary
Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, vendors and stakeholders
Availability to attend team meetings and training, as required
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative assistant role
Familiarity with Square App is an asset
Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word-processing program
Excellent multitasking, time management and organizational skills, personable communication skills
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Must have a PC and reliable Internet connection
