We’re hiring a virtual assistant.

Virtual Assistant Tasks:

  • Respond to all client emails, inquiries, questions in a timely manner via email, phone, text and social media

  • Schedule appointments, reschedule and cancel appointments as requested

  • Ensure late cancellation fees are charged, if necessary

  • Follow up with clients for rebooking based on trackers

  • Ensure all new clients are provided with MBD Welcome email and have credit card payment on file

  • Follow up with clinical team on new consults to book treatments as necessary

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, vendors and stakeholders

  • Availability to attend team meetings and training, as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative assistant role

  • Familiarity with Square App is an asset

  • Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word-processing program

  • Excellent multitasking, time management and organizational skills, personable communication skills

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision

  • Must have a PC and reliable Internet connection
