When you book your appointment, you are holding a space in our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of our community, please email concierge@mybeautydoctor.ca as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you advise us at least 48 hours in advance as appointments are in high demand and we operate on a waitlist basis. 

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge a $150 missed appointment fee.

We require a credit card on file to hold and guarantee any in person appointment. You will not be charged unless the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance. Payment will be processed in the office after your treatment.  

If we do not receive the credit card authorization form or have a credit card on file within 48 hours of your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment to accommodate another patient. Please call us at (437) 242-7229 a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment to ensure we have your updated credit card information.
